Articles published in Jurnal Hukum to-ra: Hukum untuk Mengatur dan Melindungi Masyarakat, published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Kristen Indonesia, are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

This license permits the sharing and adaptation of published material for non-commercial purposes, subject to appropriate attribution, license identification, indication of changes, and applicable ShareAlike conditions.

Under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, readers and other users may:

• Share: Copy and redistribute the licensed material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes.
• Adapt: Remix, transform, translate, or build upon the material for non-commercial purposes.
• Disseminate: Distribute licensed scholarly content for educational, academic, and other lawful non-commercial purposes, provided all license conditions are respected.

Authors retain copyright in their original articles and grant Jurnal Hukum to-ra the right of first publication. Authors may share, archive, and distribute their work under applicable publication arrangements. The original publication must be appropriately acknowledged through the journal name, publication details, and DOI or article URL.

Appropriate attribution should identify the authors, article title, journal title, publication year, volume and issue, DOI or stable URL where available, and license. Reusers must identify changes and must not imply endorsement by the authors, journal, or publisher.

Authors may deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, academic platforms, or personal websites in accordance with applicable rights and publication agreements. Deposited versions should acknowledge Jurnal Hukum to-ra as the original place of publication and link to the Version of Record whenever possible.

The Creative Commons license applies to material for which the relevant rights holder has granted the license. Third-party photographs, illustrations, maps, figures, legal documents, or other protected materials may be governed by separate permissions or legal exceptions. Such exclusions must be clearly identified when applicable. Privacy, publicity, moral rights, and other applicable rights may also restrict particular uses.

Commercial uses not permitted by CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 require separate authorization from the appropriate rights holder. The journal's publication license must not be interpreted as granting unrestricted commercial exploitation of authors' works or separately protected third-party materials.

The Creative Commons license grants reuse permissions subject to its stated terms and provides no warranties. Licensed permissions cannot ordinarily be revoked from users who comply with the license. The official Creative Commons legal code governs any interpretation of the license.
