Manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Hukum to-ra should be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal. The manuscript may be written as an original research article, conceptual paper, review article, case analysis, or policy-oriented legal study.

Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should be organized systematically to ensure clarity of argument, consistency of legal reasoning, and readability. The recommended structure is as follows:

| Introduction |

This section presents the main legal analysis. Authors should discuss findings clearly, compare them with previous studies, and explain the legal implications of the analysis. |
| Conclusion |
The conclusion should answer the research objectives, summarize the main argument, and provide implications or suggestions related to the findings. |
| Acknowledgments |
Optional. Authors may acknowledge research funding, advisors, proofreaders, institutions, or other parties who contributed to the completion of the manuscript. |

Abstract and Keywords
The abstract must be clear, concise, and descriptive. It should briefly introduce the legal problem, state the objective of the article, explain the research method, and summarize the main findings. The abstract should not contain citations, lengthy quotations, or detailed discussion.
Keywords should be written after the abstract. Example: Business Law; European Competition Law; Market; Predatory Pricing.
Introduction and Discussion
The introduction should provide a clear explanation of the issue discussed in the manuscript. Authors should include sufficient background, relevant literature, the limitations of previous studies, the novelty of the article, and the significance of the research.
The discussion is the core section of the article. It should present legal analysis in a clear and concise manner. Authors should avoid merely describing legal provisions and instead develop critical arguments supported by legal sources, cases, regulations, doctrines, and relevant scholarly literature.
Tables and Figures
Tables and figures should be placed in the center of the manuscript and cited in the text. Figures should be clearly readable and have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for good printing quality.
Tables should use an open format, preferably without vertical lines. Each table and figure must include a clear title and source information when applicable.
Citation, Footnotes, and References
Citations, footnotes, and references should follow the APA citation style. Authors are encouraged to use reference management applications such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or similar tools to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Only sources cited in the manuscript should be included in the reference list. All references should be arranged alphabetically by author name.
