Publication Schedule

Jurnal Hukum to-ra: Hukum untuk Mengatur dan Melindungi Masyarakat, published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Kristen Indonesia, is a peer-reviewed and open-access scientific journal published three times a year (triannually).

The journal's regular publication months are April, August, and December. This schedule provides a consistent framework for disseminating original legal research, conceptual scholarship, legal analyses, and research-based discussions of contemporary legal issues.

The journal follows an annual publication cycle consisting of three regular issues:

Manuscripts are submitted through the journal's online submission system. Submissions are processed according to editorial requirements, including preliminary screening, originality assessment, double-blind peer review, revisions, and final editorial decisions. Assignment to a regular issue depends on the completion of editorial and production procedures.

The journal maintains its academic evaluation and publication-ethics requirements across all regular issues. Acceptance is based on scholarly merit, methodological quality, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with editorial requirements. The publication schedule does not override the peer-review process or guarantee acceptance by a particular date.

The journal's archive includes special issues in addition to its regular publication cycle. Any future special issue or additional publication should be identified separately from the three scheduled regular issues, with its thematic scope and editorial arrangements communicated through official journal channels. All scholarly contributions remain subject to applicable editorial and publication-ethics standards.

The official issue archive provides information about published volumes, issue numbers, publication dates, and article contents. The stated publication months identify the regular annual schedule; the actual publication date of an issue or article is recorded in its respective journal record. Readers and authors may consult the archive to verify publication history and issue availability.

Published articles are made freely available online without reader subscription fees or paywalls, in accordance with the journal's open-access policy. The applicable publication license is Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
