Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Jurnal Hukum to-ra: Hukum untuk Mengatur dan Melindungi Masyarakat welcomes manuscript submissions from Indonesian and international authors. The journal applies Article Processing Charges (APCs) only after the manuscript has completed the editorial and peer-review process and has been accepted for publication.

Publication Fee Policy

Submission Fee	The submission of new manuscripts is free of charge.
APC for Indonesian Authors	The article publication fee is Rp. 1.250.000,- (One Million and Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah).
APC for Foreign Authors	The article publication fee is US$ 82 (Eighty-Two US Dollars).
Letter of Acceptance	The publication fee must be paid before the author receives the official Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Important Note: Authors are not charged during the initial submission stage. Article Processing Charges are applied only after the manuscript has been reviewed, accepted, and approved for publication according to the editorial decision of Jurnal Hukum to-ra.
